How do I add a new product?

  1. place your cursor over "PRODUCTS" in the menu bar
  2. you will see a drop down box that says "ADD PRODUCT", click on it
  3. the "PRODUCT DATA" page will come up, fill in the blanks
  4. click on "save >>"

How do I edit an existing product?

  1. click on "PRODUCTS" in the menu bar
  2. the "PRODUCT LIST" will come up, find and click on the "Name" of the product you wish to edit
  3. the "PRODUCT DATA" page will come up, make the desired corrections
  4. click on "save >>"

What should I do when a product is sold?

  1. click on "PRODUCTS" in the menu bar
  2. the "PRODUCT LIST" will come up, find and click on the "Name" of the product that is sold
  3. the "PRODUCT DATA" page will come up, 2nd from the bottom of the form you will see the word "Visable" with a drop down box to the right. click on "No"
  4. click on "save >>"
  5. now the item is no longer visable to your customers, after your are sure your customer is satisfied with the item, you may then want to delete it or possibly move it to a sold category

How do I delete a product?

  1. click on "PRODUCTS" in the menu bar
  2. the "PRODUCT LIST" will come up, find the "Name" of the product you wish to delete
  3. click on the "RED" icon on the far right of the row
  4. your item is now delted
